Fire Services and Supplies take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and fraud and sets high standards of impartiality, integrity and objectivity in relation to the management of its activities.

Fire Services and Supplies policy and guidance to staff on corporate hospitality, gifts, guest speaker fees and sponsorship is reviewed periodically. Suppliers, contractors and consultants engaging with Fire Services and Supplies are requested to read and note the company’s zero tolerance approach regarding these matters.

All staff and sub contractors are advised of the Ethical Policy requirements and all procedures must be followed by any person representing Fire Services and Supplies.

The Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 provides protection for those who voice genuine and legitimate concerns.

In addition Fire Services and Supplies will provide a mechanism for staff to report information without fear of reprisal or victimisation and will provide adequate protection for those who voice genuine and legitimate concerns.

This policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it is implemented will be reviewed annually.
